praise get filled in the empty spaces of our body by our praising nothing happens 2 god...he is already most beautiful among all beautifuls...but by praising d god we become more nd more beautiful glow on face...shine in eyes...love nd contentment in heart....after sudarshan kriya....shows it all.. ♥ ♥
